If candidates see an attractive job ad, would they apply for the position?

According to a survey conducted by Megafon for Danske Medier concerning Danes’ behaviour in relation to job hunting, a well-written job ad can make all the difference. 74% of the Danes are prepared to apply for an attractive position if they see an attractive job ad. So a well-written job ad that sells the job in the right manner can make a difference as to who and how many applies for that position. And this is irrespective of industry and candidate profile.
