Vi søger en stærk leder, der – sammen med souschef, to teamkoordinatorer og de rigtig dygtige medarbejdere i kontoret Erhvervsopkrævning – kan formå både at drive den fortsatte udvikling og sikre effektiv drift af de samfundskritiske systemer og forretningsprocesser, der skal understøtte korrekt og effektiv opkrævning af godt 1 billion kr. årligt i skatter og afgifter fra virksomhederne.

Du vil få ledelsesansvar for et kontor bestående af tre teams, med i alt +20 medarbejdere med forskellige baggrunde, erfaringer og kompetencer. Det er et kontor med et højt fagligt niveau, hvor der er plads til at prioritere de sociale relationer.

You will maintain and update the journey maps, so they reflect newest insights available. You will be an advocate for the Outside-In perspective across the Demant, incl. Hearing Care, and maintain and expand the existing knowledge in the organization about the users and the customers.
