Join ROCKWOOL Nordics as an HR Business Partner, where you'll be a proactive partner in driving HR initiatives that support business objectives focused within the factory environment.

Reporting directly to the HR Director (based at the ROCKWOOL Headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark) you will be integral to the factory management team, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring that HR policies align with company goals and values.
