Industrial PhD position: Stability Assessment of In Situ Railway Embankments

PhD scholarship in Behavioural Experiments with Tradable Credits for Mobility – The Green Token Project – DTU Management

DTU Management’s Transport Division and the Joint Research Centre (JRC of the EU Commission would like to invite applications for a 3-year PhD position starting no later than August 1st, 2024.

The successful applicant will work on research focused on the understanding of detailed individual behaviour under Tradable Credit Schemes (TCS) and the design of such systems for equitable emission management in multi-modal travel settings.

DTU Management’s Transportation Systems Modelling section would like to invite applications for a 3-year PhD position starting on 1 October 2024 or earlier.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Develop mathematical modelling and solution algorithms for routing and scheduling passenger transport using CCAM fleets
• Advance multimodal traffic assignment models to consider transport equity and multimodality
• Propose and investigate the use of semi-personalized travel incentives for improving public transport
