PhD scholarship in switchable f-block–organic framework materials - DTU Chemistry

The PhD project will focus on the design, synthesis, and characterization of new types of metal-organic network structures, which includes the detailed elucidation of atomic and electronic structures, and physical properties.

The group is in possession of state-of-the-art diffraction instrumentation and single-crystal electron and X-ray crystallography, and the use of synchrotron facilities are central tools to the project.

The Department of Energy Conversion and Storage, Technical University of Denmark (DTU), invites applications for a PhD scholarship in the development of all solid-state Li-metal batteries for safer and efficient electrochemical energy storage.

As our new PhD student you will be investigating the interfacial integrity of electrochemical plating/stripping of Li at the LLZO/Li interface and be working on developing new cathode with mixed Li ionic and electronic conduction based on LNMO and LLZO.
