DACH Customer Sales Service (German speaking)

We are looking for a service representative to work within our DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) team, located in Aarhus Denmark.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Working with our national sales teams to ensure a high standard of customer support
• Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries

You will be an instrumental player in our proposal production efforts and work with forecasting and planning of proposal activities, support BD sales lead in proposal production and ensure proposal stakeholders are continuously consulted during proposal production

Proposal Manager for Surveillance and Mission Systems

In close collaboration with colleagues across Terma you will be responsible for delivering proposals from early engagement to submission to customer.

More specifically your responsibilities will cover:

• Manage and ensure delivery of complex proposals at time and in the right quality
• Ensure that the team and stakeholders involved in the proposal are delivering their input
• Ensure proposal stakeholders are continuously kept in the loop and are properly informed and involved as needed
