DACH Customer Sales Service (German speaking)

At Design Eyewear Group we design, develop and market iconic eyewear brands, which are sold world-wide. Great design is what defines our brands and is the heart of our business.
Our work environment is informal, international, and diverse, with daily contact to customers and highly skilled colleagues. We have offices in Aarhus (Denmark), Paris (France), London (UK) and in San Francisco (USA).
We are looking for a service representative to work within our DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) team, located in Aarhus Denmark.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Working with our national sales teams to ensure a high standard of customer support
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries
- Answering B2B and B2C service and sales calls
- Handling day to day service queries and issues
- Working as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed
- Additional administrative tasks
Qualifications/Skills:
- Professional command of German and English, French is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- To-do attitude, ability to take ownership of multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Customer service focused
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Must be comfortable making outbound telephone calls
Job Type:
- Full Time 37 hours, Permanent
- 9am until 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
- Location: Aarhus C, Denmark
