In Combineering, we are passionate about resource recovery, recycling, and environmental legislation. Among other things, we convert waste and residues from both public and private companies into new raw materials.
We are part of the British Reconomy Group with more than 5,000 employees serving customers in over 120 countries. Combineering is headquartered in Birkerød, which will be your base - but as we have subsidiaries and offices in many countries, some travelling activity is to be expected.

Keep our sales coordinated
You will be working very closely with the VP of Sales in Combineering, our Sales- and Country Managers throughout Europe, and our affiliated Reconomy Group companies in the UK, Germany, and Italy. In cooperation with the VP and team, you will be reporting on business developments, order intake and startup on new projects. We will also involve you in coordinating and planning seasonal sales campaigns, plus quarterly international sales meetings.
We expect you to do:
- Daily coordination of activities and plans within the sales team
- Reports on key figures to our Vice President, Sales
- Follow-ups and obtain key figures from the sales team
- Prepare sales reports
- Register and update data in our CRM system as well as on our internal drives
- Follow-ups on projects with individual team members
- Ad hoc tasks
To make our green heart beat…
You need to be an experienced sales coordinator or sales manager – or have a background within supply chain management or international purchasing/international sales. You are fluent in both Danish, English and perhaps confident in (an)other language too. You know how to work with a solid commercial focus, and you have been using CRM systems for many years – preferably SalesForce or Dynamics.
As you will be a central focal point for the sales department, your daily life will be characterized by many different tasks, and you will collaborate across the different departments. You must therefore be able to execute, prioritize tasks and your own time. You go about your work in a structured, energetic, curious and open minded way – and if you want to tick all boxes with us, you also have an educational background from sales, supply chain management or business economics.
