For our location in Copenhagen we are looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) Scandinavia, who will support our international customers with personality and enthusiasm!

This will be your area of responsibility:

• As a Sales Assistant Scandinavia, you will be responsible for a structured and smooth ordering process for our customers, process pre-order contracts, monitor delivery and ensure sustainable and targeted communication with the relevant interfaces.
• You are a competent contact person for our customers and carry out active selling measures both by telephone and in personal contact, find service-orientated solutions for enquiries that arise and look after our customers in the stores on site and at trade fairs.
• For our key accounts, you will ensure that the goods are presented in a brand-appropriate and attractive manner in cooperation with the shop managers and merchandising, conduct training courses to pass on sales- relevant information to the sales staff and always keep an eye on the key figures as part of merchandise management. You will also actively support sales on site at times.

Your qualifications:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
• You also have initial practical experience in the field of export sales in an international environment.
• You are confident in using Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
• A very good command of English and the ability to work independently combined with teamwork, a strong hands-on mentality and a willingness to travel regularly round off your profile.
• Knowledge of another foreign language is desirable, but not a must.
