Senior Manager - for our Embedded Hardware area

Are you an experienced (Senior) Manager with a proven track record within embedded hardware and software design? Are you motivated by setting the strategic and tactical objectives and execution with focus on technology, and by defining the interface within core and third party solutions?

Your responsibility will be to lead a team of 11 employees and 5 external consultants developing state-of-the-art embedded HW solutions. Focus is needed to streamline the design process as well as defining core and 3 party elements to accelerate digital transformation.

HR Process & Reporting Specialist

As our new HR Process & Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our Group HR function by ensuring data quality in reporting and automating workflows, processes, and systems.

You will drive alignment across Group functions on data collection for HR and compensation data, supporting on implementation of new HR IT systems, and assist in planning and running annual compensation and benefits processes.

Algorithmic Trader
