Do you have business-oriented mindset, you think HR is fun and you are excited about how IT can enable the business?

You will be joining a growing delivery team that supports project and enhancement work in multiple HR applications. The focus will be systems and related process implementation for a range of HRIT solutions including SuccessFactors EC, PMGM, RCM and RMK.

You will:

Work with a range of business stakeholders to understand business requirement and translate that into detail functional specification taking into account priorities and tradeoffs
Participate in the implementation, testing, rollout and training for new and enhanced functionality and ensure the solution meets the needs of the business
