Outbound Coordinator - NORMAL Warehouse

Our warehouse operation is growing rapidly, and therefore we want to strengthen our Outbound department on both the day shift and evening shift with another coordinator. As a coordinator in the Outbound department, you will work closely with the department's other coordinator and team leader. Together you form a team that must lead and motivate the employees to give their best every day.

Your colleagues' main task in the department is to prepare shipments to be delivered to NORMAL's 446 stores around Europe. Our goal is to ensure the efficiency of this process while maintaining a high quality standard. In addition, we want to ensure that we have a healthy working environment where all employees feel valued.
