Are you passionate about portfolio management and executing organizational transformation?

You will be part of APMO team in Finance & Performance, with 17 colleagues, who have strong competencies and focus on different areas of responsibility: Strategy, Portfolio Management, Financial Management, People and Communication. We are working on maturing our competencies in an agile context, and we need extra hands to help us on this journey, especially within Lean Portfolio Management.

Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for Portfolio processes across Tryg and will help drive the Nordic organizational transformation towards a more Lean Portfolio approach.
