Viking Assistance Group is a leading roadside and travel assistance company in the Nordics. Our new business area, Viking Travel Care provides travel- and medical assistance 24/7 365 days a year for travellers and employees stationed abroad, anywhere in the world.

We are now expanding and are hiring Nordic Assistance Coordinators for our offices in Torrevieja and Fuengirola. We are looking for Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish and Danish candidates.

Purchase Manager - Global FMCG distribution

You will be overall responsible for sourcing for one or more categories, among others in charge of broadening our supplier portfolio and developing our relationships with existing and new suppliers, so we continuously extend our market presence.

Medical Assistance Coordinator – Travel Care

We are looking to recruit Registered Nurses to strengthen our daily medical case handling for Nordic customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering calls and e-mails, case registration, case handling and assistance coordination
• Medical screening/triage and escalating complex cases to our contact doctors

Head of Technology Projects in Scandi Standard

As the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for leading and managing all technology projects across the Scandi Standard Group. This includes overseeing strategic initiatives related to operational technology (OT), digital transformation, automation, and infrastructure improvements.

You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across our operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
