To strengthen our continuous improvement and operational efficiency, we are looking for a Head of Production Excellence to drive best practices across our production sites and help us achieve world-class performance in food manufacturing.
As the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for leading and managing all technology projects across the Scandi Standard Group. This includes overseeing strategic initiatives related to operational technology (OT), digital transformation, automation, and infrastructure improvements. You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across our operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will also have a leading role overviewing and securing cooperation with local production and general management teams in end-to-end optimizations across the value chain and bigger footprint investments. We optimize and develop together.
Scandi Standard is one of the largest poultry producers in Northern Europe.
You will work directly with the Executive Leader Team and all management teams to align with Scandi's strategy. You'll lead transformations in sustainable and responsible food production, influencing multi-country production strategy and innovation.
