As a Senior Event Project Manager, you will be part of our HORIZONS team in Copenhagen.

This will involve some of the following activities:

• Coordination and servicing of MICE Groups, site inspections and Fam trips.
• Creating PowerPoint proposals and Excel costings from a given template.
• Supporting the Mice Team with logistical and administrative support.

Distribution Assistant (maternity cover)

We are looking for temporary help in our Distribution team (approx. 1 year).

You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of the handling of orders coming from our customers (distributors). You will be the point of contact to our customers and will ensure the correct processing of the orders.

We have great flexibility with our working hours divided over the week days (Mon-Fri).
