Skyways Technics A/S is searching for a skillful Site Manager, who can develop and lead the maintenance activities and staff in Billund. The Site Manager is part of the production management group, and has as such great impact on the future business strategy for the hangar facilities in Billund.
Your main responsibility is to effective manage all aspects of Skyways Technics' aircraft maintenance in Billund. You will manage 15-20 highly qualified and committed mechanics, and you will ensure a high productivity and quality of maintenance. You will also ensure that the maintenance scheduling and execution meet the deadline with strong focus on cost control and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will work with a team of highly skilled scientists who deliver technical service to ethanol plants in the EMA region. The goal of the team is to understand the customer processes and their operational challenges and develop and deliver products and services from our wide portfolio that address their needs. This will require strong collaboration both with the ethanol producers as well with the Global Biofuel team.

As Manager for Repair – within our Boiler Service – you will be globally responsible for the development of the Boiler Service Repair including responsibility for the Sales Support, Order Execution and Boiler Engineering.
As the Repair Manager in Boiler Service – you have a line manager role with all that this entails for the central organization where you will manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department (e.g. market communication activities, forecasts and yearly connect/handshake process). You will be responsible for all day-to-day managerial task and for planning, coaching, recruiting and developing your staff and organization to improve the operating quality and efficiency – in a global setup.
