Manufacturing Process Engineer

You will be responsible for process tracking, deviation tracking and reporting, as well as process transfer and optimization for our pilot plant and larger manufacturing systems. You will therefore communicate with both local colleagues and US-based colleagues on a daily base.

Development Engineer, Manufacturing Technology

Do you want to use your manufacturing knowledge along with theoretical skills to provide advice and support on a range of products for offshore flexible pipe systems? And do you want to work with very skilled colleagues to test and improve your skills and capabilities with a highly technical, highly specialized product?

You are expected to have experience with extrusion technology as this will be your main area of responsibility.

All your job tasks will be related to multiphysical aspects of manufacturing technology, and you are constantly seeking new knowledge and understanding, not just within your own Area of Responsibility, but also within all our other engineering disciplines.

MMF Installation Manager

It will be your task to coordinate the installation of blade molds in our factories. The projects can vary from a single mold in a production hall up to a full production line of molds in new factories.

Together with our suppliers and our production managers, you will create an overall plan for the suppliers and internal workers to execute. You will ensure that everybody keeps their timeline for the delivery of the equipment.

As the Maintenance Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team, collaborating closely with our other leaders from various departments.

Collaborating with the leadership team, you will be a part of driving the factory's success and contributing to the achievement of our business objectives. As maintenance manager, you will oversee our maintenance team and ensure the implementation of best practices to optimize the performance of our manufacturing equipment and facilities, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and HSE principles.

GPHE Service Mechanic

Hovedformålet med denne stilling er at udføre service på pladevarmevekslere (Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanges - GPHE).

Hovedopgaver bliver at udføre mekanisk/teknisk support til kunder, herunder demontering og montering af GPHE-er og fuldføre opgaven ved at skrive en service rapport. Derudover skal du gennemføre proaktiv service rådgivning og kortlægning af GPHE-er hos kunder. Du vil også fungere som Field Service Ambassadør for andre Alfa LavaL-produkter/-tjenester.
