The section for Autonomous Materials Discovery (AMD) at DTU Energy is looking for an outstanding candidate for a PhD scholarship within the field of multiscale modelling of corrosion processes in Ni/molten salts interfaces.

You will break new ground in developing cutting-edge multiscale methods to accurately describe the initiation and propagation of corrosion at the interface between metals (e.g., Ni) and molten salts (FLiNaK).

PhD scholarship in Li-Metal all Solid-State Battery with Ceramic Electrolyte – DTU Energy

The Department of Energy Conversion and Storage, Technical University of Denmark (DTU), invites applications for a PhD scholarship in the development of all solid-state Li-metal batteries for safer and efficient electrochemical energy storage.

As our new PhD student you will be investigating the interfacial integrity of electrochemical plating/stripping of Li at the LLZO/Li interface and be working on developing new cathode with mixed Li ionic and electronic conduction based on LNMO and LLZO.
