Responsibilities:

Be a key part of the SCADA management team in NCE and help driving SBU improvement projects
Convert strategy into action-oriented objectives for each employee and ensure that all team members understand how their work relates to business objectives
Provide effective leadership that achieves an aligned, engaged and motivated team
