Investment Analyst

As the fastest growing privately owned real estate company in Northern Europe with some 40.000 apartments and a value of approx. 6.500 MEUR we have no intentions of slowing down. On the contrary, we are increasing the speed, which is why we need you to join our brand new transactions team in Copenhagen and be a part of building it from the start.

You will naturally have the opportunity to pursue a career with us, but as we believe you have 0-2 years of experience we will initially need you to:

• Conduct research, collect and quality assure data for acquisition/divestment processes
• Build and analyse financial models, produce analytical reports
• Apply research data in response to new developments to ensure hands-on portfolio monitoring.
