You will serve as the single point of contact for all technical IT-related matters at Sem-Safe, with a clear focus on local network and server related topics.
You support, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues (which helpdesk could not solve) for end-users —providing direct support onsite and collaborating with central IT teams for complex incidents.
