You will be SAFe Scrum Master/Team Coach for two well-established teams which are part of an Agile Release Train responsible for delivering the embedded SW Platform forming the basis for all hearing instrument features.
The teams, which consist of 5-8 developers with specialized embedded SW development competences, are also deeply involved in the development of future IC and hardware platforms.
