As Learning Designer and facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Telenorians have the right skills to deliver on its short- and long-term business strategy. In close collaboration with Head of Leadership Development, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a suite of learning programs for leaders and employees across our global organization.
