Danfoss is looking for an energetic and proactive Talent Acquisition specialist to join our dedicated Talent Acquisition team. You will be supporting North European Region in Talent Attraction and recruitment activities, with a primary focus on the Danish market.

As the Talent Acquisition specialist in North Europe Region, you will be responsible of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in close partnering with hiring managers & other stakeholders.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Recruit and source candidates across Northern Europe with primary focus on supporting our Head Quarter in Nordborg, DK
Proactively source and build an excellent pipeline of candidates for future needs
