Are you motivated by empowering and coaching a software organization to generate customer centric value and outcomes through agile processes? Do you have the background and experience to drive our shared agile activities across software teams such as facilitating, conducting agile cross-team ceremonies? Can you take ownership of our global program increment plan?

In the newly established position as Agile Release Manager, you will be the agile process owner and have the overall responsibility for continuously improving our agile processes and ways of working. In addition, you will also be the be key responsible for our program increment plan including pre-planning, big room planning, dependency mapping, program demos, refinements, and retrospectives.
