The HR Business Partner position is placed at Arla Headquarters at Sønderhøj in Aarhus/Denmark and offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering our HR Strategy in our Marketing & Innovation and Foodservice organizations.

The Marketing & Innovation (M&I) organization is a global team that is responsible for how we do marketing in Arla for global brands such as Starbucks, Lurpak and Castello. The organization also includes our digital in-house agency The Barn.
