As Senior Manager, you will be people manager for a team of 7 highly skilled and specialized people who contribute to our NPD teams with a different set of specialties. Today the team is focused on two separate work functions: firmware development of sensors and analysis of data, optimization of production algorithms & development of related software tools.

You will be responsible for the activities in the team, including refinement of road map and goal setting. Further our new R&D strategy relies on enhancing our specialist functions, and you will be a key element in driving this to a success. Some of the work functions are expected to be placed in Hamburg, Germany.
