The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is looking for an experienced leader to be our Head of Unit (HoU) for Grants Management in the Operations Department, HQ. You will manage and develop the Grants Management Unit comprising Grants Management Specialists, the Global Grants Advisor and a student assistant. You will be DRC’s Business Process Owner for grants management in DRC and continue the development of Grants Management as a core business function within DRC globally.

Specific responsibilities include:

Inspire, manage and develop the expert members of the Grants Management Unit (GMU)
Be the Business Process Owner for grants works processes in DRC Dynamics (DRC’s ERP system), including the management of the grants Business Process Expert (BPE).
Lead the development and updating of efficient and user-friendly policies, processes and procedures for grants management
