As our new HR Generalist your main responsibilities will be to support and act as an advisor to local managers and employee representatives, mainly in our production area. Therefore, building solid relations with stakeholders is key to success in this position.

Your main tasks will include:

Act as the go-to HR person for HR Business Partner, managers, and employees in the areas you support
Effectively drive annual people review processes and employment life cycle
Counsel on employment matters as well as ensuring compliance with the local legislation
