We are looking for an experienced manager to our automation/electrical team. The team consists of 12 highly skilled automation and electrical specialists operating out of our office in Denmark. Your aim is both to lead, inspire, motivate and develop the team but also to manage, create structure, set goals, and follow up.

Your responsibilities

Accountable for all aspects of leading your team of highly skilled technicians and experts
Customizes how your team collaborates with the organization
Understand and link the company’s strategic direction to your department goals and work with KPIs
