Do you have profound project management skills based on a profound technical and commercial understanding? Are you motivated by leading technical R&D projects and do you want to be at the forefront of developing solutions to and with our customers? Can you communicate complex topics in a simple and understandable way?

In the role as R&D Project Manager, your primary task will be to lead and manage cross organizational R&D projects - from idea generation to finished products guided by Kamstrup’s R&D model. You will use your skillset in a broad range of aspects such as customer interactions as well as understanding and securing delivery on value propositions. This will be done within various domains such as servicalization of product attributes and features while always keeping track of the business case and associated costs.
