You will be our liaison officer and connection point for pricing across Tryg in the Nordics. You will keep track of and secure enhancement of our technical excellence in pricing across Tryg. You will create collaboration around a common and advanced technical pricing design and together with the pricing community set strategic steer and direction for our pricing.

Your key responsibilities will include to:

Set and follow up on minimum requirements related to Pricing development, competencies, capacity, processes, and content across SBUs.
Create demand and promote Best Practices in Pricing based on SBU internal competencies and external/market inputs.
Support SBU performance in developing strong technical excellence and new ways of working in Pricing.
