Farm Sustainability Manager (DK) - Aarhus

Do you have dairy experience and a keen interest in science and data? Do you have what it takes to engage and support our farmer-owners in the climate journey and facilitate that they all act on climate insights, projects and solutions offered by Arla? And enable us as a co-operative to reach our climate targets?

In this role you will be the center of knowledge sharing among our farmer owners and a lighthouse for inspiring to sustainable actions towards feed and protein efficiency, robust cows and agricultural land use. You will facilitate meetings to inspire farmer-owners to investigate and make climate actions and become a relevant part of the strategy at farm level and make it possible to be carried out in the everyday management. Together with our data scientists you will turn our climate check results into relevant farm insights.
