As a team leader in picking department you will be working closely with the department’s coordinator and assistant. Together you will form a team that has to lead and motivate a group of people to perform their best every day.

The main task of your colleagues in the picking department is to pick and pack goods, that are later sold in over 360 NORMAL stores in Europe. Our goal is to keep this process as efficient as possible while making sure we have a healthy work environment where all employees feel supported.
