Your key area of responsibility is to secure the daily flow by taking care of the team, helping them in prioritization of their tasks when necessary and solving possible obstacles. Other tasks are weekly reporting of load and tasks to the laboratory Director and secure communication with stakeholders, mainly within RD&E. You will play a key role in the execution of RD&E projects.

To be considered for this position, you could have a background as an engineer or similar and an ambition of becoming a leader. You might have never been a leader before, or you want to explore your leadership in another department.
