Danfoss is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead our CRM Delivery team. We are implementing a brand-new CRM solution based on Salesforce with more than 10.000 users globally. The solution will cover both Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.

The CRM Delivery team consists of techno/functional consultants, solution architects, developers, and scrum masters. We are looking for a person with people management experience within the IT space, ideally, someone who has experience with CRM systems (not necessarily Salesforce).

Since the Delivery team has a strong technical focus, the ideal candidate should have experience in leading technical IT teams, and should generally have a passion for IT. And if terms like DevOps, SDLC and deployment strategy are familiar to you, this will for sure be an advantage.
