You will lead initiatives focused on improving product requirements in R&D, strengthening both the quality of the products we develop and the efficiency of the product development process.

You will serve as an in-house expert, supporting requirements managers assigned to R&D projects, helping them apply processes and tools, and ultimately helping our requirements reflect the needs of patients and hearing care professionals. Your expertise will cover knowledge of product requirements, Systems Engineering and how to develop products within a regulated industry.
