Do you have experience with IT Service Delivery and Operations? And do you want to take on a key role in our organisation, ensuring a smooth transition of new developments into operation? Then have a closer look at this exciting role.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

Maintain and further develop a service transition process as well as related procedures and templates to ensure coherent and effective transfer to operations of new services.
Ensure governance of and sign off for all key project stages and artefacts.
Maintain and further develop a number of best practice standard operating and support models that projects can transition their services into.
