Customer Manager
Are you motivated by ensuring first class customer experiences? Do you have experience with customer management from an international organisation combined with technical and commercial insight?
As a Customer Manager you are the customers’ primary point of contact in relation to commercial, contractual and major operational issues under the Service Agreement. Your responsibilities include:
- Manage meetings with the customer and ensure a first class customer experience
- Build and maintain excellent customer relations based on trust and value creation
- Secure that the organization is fully aware of contractual obligations and consequences of non-compliance according to the Service Agreement
