Are you ready to be part of the most ambitious Customer Service department in Denmark and contribute to proactively enable and generate value directly to our customers and business? Then you might be our new Import Customer Service Assistant.

As Import Customer Service Assistant your main responsibilities are to ensure excellent and effective Customer Service by utilizing knowledge of the industry and together with the team ensure a high performing team culture all in accordance with the local MSC guidelines and strategy and through a KPI driven point of view.

More specifically, your tasks are:

Having a close dialogue with relevant MSC Agents in establishing client specific procedures/plans
Focusing on developing personal competencies
Supporting Business Development activities across subsidiaries within your team
