You will be a part of the Digital Customer Experience team with more than 120 colleagues from all over the world, and we develop, support and lead the digital customer experience in Danfoss.

Job Responsibilities

Assess the performance of existing resources using an extensive suite of in-house and third-party analysis tools including Google Analytics 360, BigQuery, SiteImprove, Hotjar, Salesforce, Qualtrics, and so on
Compile and communicate the results of the analyses to various stakeholders as product owners, and management to guide future design efforts and releases.
Translate business requirements and processes into technology implementation for reporting or usability testing purposes
