You will lead and support your team in partnering with our people leaders to carry out the organisation's strategy and direct the P&C initiatives and activities. More specifically, your key responsibilities will be within:

Leading, coaching and inspiring your team
Be a positive and productive part of the P&C NCE management team
Partner with people leaders by providing coaching, counseling and recommend solutions
