A.P. Moller Holding offers a unique opportunity to join our Legal department as Senior Legal Counsel focused on M&A and Capital Markets. You will be joining an ambitious and growing investment company, which at the same time is the holding company behind some of Denmark’s largest enterprises.

Reporting to our General Counsel you will play a vital role in providing in-house legal services related to A.P. Moller Holding’s investment activities, primarily acquisitions within our investment strategy. You will act as trusted business partner to colleagues within our investment teams, as well as to the broader A.P. Moller Holding organisation, including our executive management.

You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice within a wide range of legal matters related to our investment activities.
