We are looking for an HRIS senior consultant with a flair for IT, data and project management in relation to the development and maintenance of DLG’s digital HR processes together with several departments. Together with your colleagues in HR you ensure that HR processes and offerings are constantly developed and optimized and provides optimal system support to our business, both when it comes to user-friendliness and general demand for functionality.

Your primary tasks will be the development and operation of DLG’s HR system (SuccessFactors), including cross-functional projects in connection with system integration and the development of these. You will be responsible for driving and participating in various larger and smaller projects in relation to HR’s IT solutions and master data.
