Can you anchor our performance reporting in Global HR and ensure timely communication of results and recommendation to key stakeholders across the organisation?

Our present People Analyst has continued to new challenges in Arla, so we are looking for a new colleague in our Global People Insights team, which is a part of Global HR at our HQ in Viby.

As our Data/People Analyst you will build and drive HR reporting across Arla. You will be working in a team with highly ambitious colleagues who are dedicated to enable a data driven performance culture that will support Arla to achieve superior employee experience.
