Team Lead - Customer Reporting DK

As our new Team Lead, your role will be to lead staff and ensure our day-to-day deliveries. You will work within a high-risk area that requires you to have knowledge of all related processes and areas of the business, and you will collaborate with and support a variety of stakeholders both within and outside the organization.

Your main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Drive lean culture: Proactive participation in continuous improvement activities by challenging processes, suggesting optimisation-ideas and involving actively in development
• Proactive escalation and registration of risk events and participation in risk mitigation actions
• As a part of the Management Team, ensure that the group strategy and work principles are anchored in the way we work and carried out in our projects
