We are looking for a talented Senior Director, Compensation and Benefits to lead this key function of four dedicated and highly motivated individuals as well as driving best practices, implementing appealing rewards and tailoring benefit programs.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead 4-member C&B team covering base pay, variable pay, benefits and positioning area
Evaluate and recommend C&B strategies aligned with short- and long-term business goals.
Provide advice and guidance regarding compensation matters.
