Researcher

You will be an ambassador for Systematic and a catalyst for ensuring recognition of the People Attraction department as a strong partner for the business.

Your overall responsibility will be to develop and secure a strong process for research as part of our recruitments. You will act as a trusted advisor for hiring managers and recruiters in the recruitment process, where you will be responsible for developing and conducting search strategies and pipelines.

Your everyday task will consist of:

Ensuring a thorough coverage of job profiles in collaboration with the recruiter and the hiring manager
Defining and securing a structured search strategy for each recruitment
Searching for and finding the right candidates for our recruitments. You will mainly be searching on the danish market, as we work with external partners for our international recruitments
