This position is both operational and strategic. You will execute periodic review meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and KPIs to continuously improve the delivery and candidate pipeline. In addition, you will lead external consultant pay rate negotiations with suppliers, securing market aligned competitive rates.
What would be your responsibilities?
- Relationship Management
- Work with the supplier base to ensure their needs are met
- Work with client, obtaining job requests, maintaining a high fill ratio
